Example of work tasks

Be part of a project team performing installation and modernization of various platforms at Swedish Armed Forces.

Establish quality processes to ensure quality for incoming parts, vehicles, installation process and functional control.

Continuous improvement of processes, and make sure documentation, training and lessons learned are shared when scaling up the volumes of installation. Make sure best practice is used at different sites.

Make sure result is documented, summarized and shared with correct stakeholders and drive corrective/improvement actions towards external functions/organizations.

To succeed in this role, you

• Have experience of driving practical quality assurance work from manufacturing/assembly related processes
• Appreciate working in teams and able to work independently
• Understand and being interested in complex system and have experience of fault tracing techniques
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Be able to travel and work at different customer sites, at beginning but also continuously there will be need for travel

As a person you are self-motivated, driven, flexible and a teamplayer.
